Paid digital products
If a paid product is not right for you, email skillskeeper@bookaistudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We may decline repeated refund requests that appear abusive.
